● Nice design, great layout, spacious and fast on sail
● Following extensive upgrades, modifications and repairs to correct manufacturing faults, our CR Yacht D400 sailboat is a much better sailboat and a true high tech “Blue Water Cruiser”

Cons:
● No support by the manufacturer "CR Yachts" in Sweden!
● Denial of warranty by CR Yachts of Sweden
● No support by dealer (Admiralty Yacht Sales) in Seattle, WA, USA

Everything on our new website (http://www.CrYacht.com) that we will discuss and itemize concerning these flaws and faults are based on factual information and are not personal feelings. The only personal feeling that pervades this entire issue is how, after spending as much money as we did to purchase the boat, the builder CR Yachts and the owner/founder Charles Rutgersson personally went back on his word and turned his back to us. By publicizing these issues we hope that no one else’s dream is tainted by the bad experiences that we had had to date dealing with this “boat builder” (and that term is used only for a lack of any other word).
